Q: I tried to apply the discount code, but it's saying "invalid"!

Not to fear! First, check and make sure your cart contains AT LEAST 2, but NO MORE THAN 4 eligible CUSTOM products (see step 1). Next, double-check the spelling of the discount code, and make sure there are no spaces or dashes in the coupon code "FUEL425".

Q: What is the shelf life of a Custom blend?

If sealed and kept in a cool, dry place, we guarantee that your Custom nutrition supplement will stay fresh for 24 months from the date of production. Learn more about Shelf Life.
Q: Do I qualify for free shipping?

Standard shipping rates apply. Free standard ground shipping earned on orders meeting or exceeding 99 (NINETY-NINE) US Dollars. Order will ship in its entirety upon completion of production. Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing and delivery.
Q: Can I purchase other INFINIT products that are not Custom?

Yes! Everything site-wide is eligible for INFINIT Bucks earnings, but the BOGO 50% off code will only apply to Saved Custom blends, New Custom blends, Partner blends, and New! :PREMIUM Fructose Fuel products.

Your Sale order will ship in its entirety upon production of your Custom blends. Sale orders will be produced and shipped in the order in which they are received.

Due to the large volume of orders received during THE Sale, orders may take up to 6 weeks to process and ship. Please contact us if you would like any non-Custom items in your order to be shipped out sooner, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Q: Can I use my Coach, Club, or friend's Ambassador code on my order?

Only one discount code may be applied per order.
Q: What Custom package sizes are included in The Sale?

Custom blend packaging sizes eligible for The Sale discount include 5, 12, and 25 multi-serving packs. 24 individual single-serving packets are not eligible and are not available for purchase during the duration of the promotion.
