  • 30-Day Custom Formula Guarantee: Not 100% happy? We’ll re-customize your formula free of charge within 30 days. Still not satisfied? Return it for a full refund (product price only).
  • Fast Replacements: We process and ship replacement formulas within 3 business days of receiving your return.
  • Simple Returns: Submit a return request online and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.

The INFINIT Guarantee

We will re-customize your product or we will refund your money. It’s that simple.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every custom product we create. If in the first 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your custom blended nutrition solution, we will consult with you and then re-customize it to your satisfaction. If you are still not happy, just return the unused product and we will refund your money.

It is our unconditional guarantee to you. If you would like to re-customize a product, or have a question about the INFINIT Guarantee simply Contact Us.

We reserve the right to verify customer information, require a valid proof of purchase, and deny Guarantee requests at our sole discretion if we determine that a customer is abusing the Guarantee or has engaged in fraud.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Custom Satisfaction Guarantee

We’ll work with you to dial in your perfect formula. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order:

  1. We’ll reformulate and send you a replacement at no charge.

  2. Just return the original product using a prepaid label.

  3. Still not satisfied? Return the new formula for a full refund of the product price.

  1. Include a note with your name, order number, and whether it’s a return or exchange.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

Damaged in Transit?

If your order arrives damaged or spoiled:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Email them to contact@infinitnutrition.us within 7 days of delivery
  • We’ll ship a replacement within 2 business days at no cost to you
  • Missing or Incorrect Items? Let us know right away and we’ll make it right. Whether it’s a missing item, shipping error, or product mix-up, we’ll fix it fast.

How long does shipping take?

  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Rush shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
  • Orders ship from our Cincinnati, OH facility Monday–Friday.
  • Where do you ship?
    • We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.

How are orders packed?

  • All orders are packed with care to minimize damage and maintain freshness.
  • Large orders or warm-weather shipments may include insulated packaging when needed.

What if my package is delayed?

  • Carriers occasionally experience delays. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5+ business days, reach out to us and we’ll investigate.
  • We’ll do everything we can to locate your package or get a replacement to you fast.
