By accessing or using the Infinit Nutrition website or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not access or use our Services.

In these Terms, “Infinit,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Infinit Nutrition LLC. “You” or “your” refers to any individual, group, or entity accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our Services. “Services” includes the Infinit Nutrition website and web application.

  • Order Information: Information submitted during purchases is used solely to process transactions.

  • Notify Infinit immediately in writing at info@infinitnutrition.us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or if you are no longer authorized to access our Services (e.g., due to termination of your relationship with Infinit or a change in role).

Infinit’s total liability under any legal theory will not exceed $250.00.

  • Your use of our Services.

Infinit is not a registered dietitian or medical practitioner and does not replace professional medical advice. Consult a qualified medical professional before using our products or Services.

10. Modifications to Terms

Infinit may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Formulation Tools

Any formulation tools (e.g., sliders) provided by Infinit are for the exclusive use of authorized customers, agents, or suppliers. These tools and their outputs are confidential unless marked for distribution to end-user customers. Resale, redistribution, or use for profit is prohibited.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

  • You must immediately cease accessing our Services.
  • You must destroy or return all confidential materials to Infinit and retain no copies.
  • Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, warranties, liability, indemnification, compliance with laws, governing law, and remedies survive termination.

13. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including export control laws, when using our Services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Hamilton County in the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

15. Successors

These Terms are binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.

16. Remedies

Unauthorized disclosure or use of confidential materials may cause irreparable harm to Infinit. We reserve the right to seek immediate injunctive relief and pursue all available remedies for breaches of these Terms, including termination of your access to our Services.

17. Notices

Notices to Infinit must be sent via email to info@infinitnutrition.us. Infinit may send notices to you via email to your registered address or by posting on our website.

18. Store Credit policy

From time to time, INFINIT may issue promotional store credit to its customers. INFINIT Store Credits are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Store Credit can only be used online at www.infinitnutrition.us
  • Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account. This means, Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account
  • Store Credit may not be purchased and has no equivalent cash value
  • Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due
  • How to Obtain Your Balance

Store Credit balances are listed on your Account Page.

Expiration

Unused Store Credit expires 12 months from issue.

Compliance With Law

By electing to receive Store Credit, you are certifying and representing to INFINIT that the activities in connection with which the Store Credit will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the Terms and Conditions that govern the INFINIT website. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify us and our subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of Store Credit or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

Your use of Store Credit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
