April is National Donate Life Month, and no other organization champions this important and selfless cause more than the Chris Klug Foundation. We here at INFINIT are truly honored and privileged to continue our partnership with the Chris Klug Foundation, an organization dedicated to promoting lifesaving organ and tissue donation and improving the quality of life for those touched by donation. 2017 marks the 4th consecutive year that we’ve teamed up to support CKF and the awesome work they do, both on and off the bike.
It’s winter time and I’m telling you to get off your butt. I’m not calling you lazy or to tell you to stop sitting on the couch. In fact, it’s important to take some time off and rest the body. A rest period will allow the body to reset both mentally and physically. This doesn’t mean you have to stop exercising but by giving a pause to your usual sport you can make yourself better at your specific sport.

It's hard for me to believe that in just two days I leave for Hawaii to compete in my 2nd Ironman World Championships. For those of you who do not know me, I have been competing as a pro since 2008. I raced primarily Olympic and Sprint triathlons until doing my first Iron distance race, Challenge Atlantic City in 2014. I ran a 3:08 marathon and won! Since, then I have recorded 5 top-10 Ironman finishes.

I climbed Colorado’s 100 highest mountains without using a car. While most people who climb in Colorado wake up at about 5,000’ and drive a motor vehicle hundreds of miles to a trailhead at 9,000’ to 11,000’, I did not. On July 1, 2016, I started at the Four-Way trailhead outside of San Luis, Colorado, a full twelve miles north of the New Mexico border. On September 9, 2016, after climbing 104 peaks and biking peak to peak, I summited Longs Peak and finished my journey at the Longs Peak ranger station in Northeast Colorado.

Maddy Frank, Lucy Westlake, and the Prochain Cycling team all put being students before athletes but still continue to succeed at the highest level of their individual sport.
Saturday August 13th is the return of one of the oldest and most well-known endurance mountain bike races in the world, the Leadville 100.
